Don't Go Here! I was incredibly dissatisfied with this shop. My husband met the owner and he invited us to come here if we ever had car trouble. We took the car the first time and after several botched attempts (ordering wrong parts, mis-diagnosing) they fixed the car after 2 weeks. We figured it must have been an incredibly complicated problem, so we went back a second time for a tune up and to have our AC fixed. We dropped the car off Friday, June 29, before we left for the beach, figuring they could fix it while we were away. They told us it would be ready when we got back on July 9th. By the time they finally “fixed” the car it was July 25th. They were terrible about returning our calls, never gave us straight answers, and didn’t even do that good of a job fixing the car. They claimed they couldn’t figure out what the problem with the AC was, and after 3 weeks, when my husband called to see what was going on, they told him that if he wanted them to diagnose it properly, he had to be patient and give them more time. Well after 3 weeks, if they couldn’t figure out the problem, then their mechanic should’ve been fired. The people he spoke with were rude to us because we were upset at having to be without our car for so long.
Bottom line: They take forever, they are dishonest, they do a half-assed job, and they have bad attitudes.

Rude attitude I had an oil change at the shop and new rear light bulbs put in. I returned to the shop after a bulb that they put in didn't work. The shop owner accused me of breaking the bulb and, in a condescending way, said that only real professionals should handle the bulbs.
He asked if everything else was alright; I sais, "yes" but that I thought charging $105 to change the oil was excessive. He then said that I must be reading the invoice wrong. I showed the invoice to him and he said that it wasn't expensive and asked when and where was the last time I got my oil changed. I told him I had never paid that much, and then....
....he accused me of being a racist. He said, "You think because I am black I am overcharging you?" I stared at him and said "incredible" and got in my car and told him I would never be back. He called me "you people" and said "you white people" several times.
Incredible! Expensive. Rude. Condescending. And then accuses people of racism. What an incredible experience.

i have had a very different experience there. they fix both my mom's mercedes and my 745il. my boyfriend is white and they did not act racist to him whatsoever. i found them through their web site and my mother has had them do engine work for her and the car runs great. the cost is usually well under what the dealer wants. i have recommended my friends go here and they like it too. bill is very friendly and vickie is through. i recommend them.
